Tear space open where you stand: a rift of your rank or lower opens a few steps in front of you, for you alone, for your guild or for everyone (you choose). Not a skill to equip: its own button beside your skills. At the end of the passives' branch: you may have the ultimate too.

How to unlock
Skill tree Warper, tier 5: 5 skill point per level, 1 levels; needs Spatial Sense maxed.
